Zoubeida Aggoune: 1, Racine

Zoubeida Aggoune is with Mrs. Martin, the last occupant of a Racine Street in Thionville. The building of the Coast of roses will soon be shortened by one third but no one has told these ladies why. Zoubeida Aggoune pay his rent and expected more respect : He sends someone with a briefcase as a bailiff: we do not move people like pieces of furniture. Even a cat need to be reassured when his master changed his clothes. We must be understanding with people vulnerable.

And this demolition is a little fog. It whole bar should have been demolished, leaving on Saint Hubert is so dangerous. On the other hand Ms. Martin which is the oldest occupant of the building and could not consider move would have been hard if we had demolished entire bar. For it is in what remains of the building it will be relocated by the landlord: a dwelling, above the street.

Zoubeida Aggoune already knows the pain of being uprooted. She arrived Racine Street in 1994 and was already a measure of relocation. She lived for ten years a building of the lessor Uckange alone with two young children. It is a bad memory: the last months, the landlord had cut off the district heating under the pretext that she remained in the building. Coast Rose had a bad reputation Zoubeida and would not come here. But ultimately, it's a very quiet young course also needs to be framed but if all goes well we do not provoke them.

Zoubeida enjoys helping people in difficulty . It's easier to help people when we suffered ourselves. Between 2001 and 2002 she worked in contract employment-solidarity Fomal Avenue Douai. As a woman of service, she was always in relation to residents of the home and in her own way she knew to be there for them and help them as she could. It was only the ESC and it did not last but she loved working there. And it also Fomal she met her friend Joel Wanner.

Joel Wanner is double champion de France veteran archery 2008-2009 (FFTA photos)

Joel is now retired but in 2001 he lost everything. He had everything working in the import Luxembourg, the six apartments that were converted to Oeutrange and should guarantee him a comfortable retirement. He left everything in his divorce. The Fomal saved his life. When he arrived, he was in great depression and it Fomal support which enabled her to escape. Today he advises Zoubeida to better defend themselves. Because she has a hard this second relocation: a scalded cat fears cold water Zobeida Aggoune and does not support them to come to him "peel the brain to see if she qualifies."

She knows the feeling of uprooting relocated, like its neighbor the underside of which she used to care a little and who finds himself secluded upstairs and as children are attached to their neighborhood. Zoubeida had accepted a proposed relocation of the lessor, at 11 rue Racine, but the board has awarded him finally refused it without ever knowing why. since she waited a proposal that suits him and the landlord has finally agreed to lease the housing of their choice at the Warren. Before Zoubeida Aggoune was in a bubble, not really informed of his rights. Thanks to his friend, it leaves more to do and not give in to intimidation. She certainly has turned down several proposals for rehousing but she wanted a home that really pleases him. And it shall come in his new apartment when the work will be finished to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Joel Wanner, he has found wisdom and is relieved of concern for what he lost: the day we die, we don ' wins nothing.
