Relay

Three posts will mark the course. Snacks and drinks are provided at positions 1 and 3, Lunch is distributed to station 2. A hot meal waiting for you upon arrival.

Briefly:
- morning: bread, waffles, fruit, water, orange juice, ...
- noon: Soup + more substantial meal
- 4 hours: bread, waffles , fruit, water, orange juice, ...


Luggage

A large bag that does not and will include: sleeping bag, mattresses, toiletries, sweater ...
